A crab crawling on the tree trunk
This crab is quite common in Yan Chau Tong Marine Park. It mainly feeds on detritus. Large mangrove trees provide a perfect hiding site to this animal. Can you think of one ecological importance of this crab? What adaptive features can you identify?
